When working, the rotation of the motor rotates around a fixed point through the pulley or linkage shaft, the transmission shaft of the cone crusher and the cone part of the cone crusher under the force of the eccentric sleeve. Therefore, the crushing wall of the crushing cone is close to and away from the surface of the mortar wall fixed on the adjusting sleeve, and the ore is constantly impacted, squeezed and bent in the crushing cavity to realize the crushing of the ore.

The cone crusher adopts two sealing methods: dry oil or water, which prevents dust and impurities from entering the human body, thus ensuring the cleanliness of lubricating oil, prolonging the service life of sliding bearings and thrust ball bearings, and making the machine run reliably.


This machine is mainly composed of frame, transmission, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl bearing, crushing cone, adjusting device, adjusting sleeve, spring and hydraulic station for adjusting ore outlet. When the crusher works, the motor drives the eccentric shaft sleeve to rotate through the horizontal shaft and a pair of bevel gears, and the axis of the crushing cone is forced by the eccentric shaft sleeve to swing, so that the surface of the crushing wall sometimes approaches and sometimes leaves the surface of the grinding mortar wall, so that the ore is continuously squeezed and bent in the crushing cavity and crushed.
