The spindle in mining machinery and equipment is one of the core components, and its function is mainly reflected in the following aspects:

1.Supporting spindle: 

The spindle is the core component of mine hoist, which bears the maximum twisting and bending load during start-up and operation. Spindle bearings provide stable support for the spindle, ensuring that the spindle maintains the correct position and geometric accuracy under the condition of high-speed rotation and huge load.

2.Reduce friction and wear:

Axial movement control: the spindle bearing can also control the axial movement of the spindle to prevent the spindle from moving excessively in the axial direction.

5.Transmission of power and rotating speed: 

The spindle plays the role of transmitting power and rotating speed in mechanical processing equipment, ensuring that tools can rotate or cut at high speed, thus improving processing efficiency and accuracy.

6.Keep Centering: 

The spindle can keep the relative position of the rotating parts unchanged during the working process, and keep the center of the axis line and the rotating shaft, so as to avoid the damage caused by the unbalanced movement of mechanical equipment.
