(1) Normalization of crusher: focus on the transformation of the feeding part of crusher. The crusher realizes stable feed flow, the feed cavity is full of ore, and the phenomenon of "grinding" is greatly reduced during crushing, forming a crushing mode with "squeezing crushing" as the main part and "breaking and crushing" as the auxiliary part. Magnetic ore metal detectors were installed on the feeding belt of the middle crusher and four feeding belts in fine crusher respectively to pick up iron manually, and the phenomenon of "over-iron" of the crusher was basically eliminated.

(2) The realization of crusher automation: In the aspect of crushing system, advanced control system is matched, the old manual ore feeding adjustment method is changed, the production efficiency of crusher is brought into full play, the load balance between two stages of crushing is realized, and important process parameters are effectively guaranteed. Advanced frequency conversion technology is adopted in the control of medium crushing, and electro-hydraulic equipment is introduced in the control of fine crushing to replace the previous manual valve, which makes the adjustment means of medium and fine crushing feed advanced, and the operation is simple and flexible. The automatic system can complete the adjustment function by itself only by modifying the control target on the centralized control computer, and automatically adapt to the changes of production requirements, so that the equipment can reach the best operation state, reduce the loss and further improve the overall operation efficiency.

(3) Technical transformation effect: improve the handling capacity and grinding granularity of medium crushing and fine crushing, and realize "more crushing and less grinding".
